I am grateful for you. Thank you for being a part of my tribe.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Gratitude…..This word gets so much buzz lately that it seems to have lost its meaning.
- Do you have a gratitude journal?
- Have you blessed your situation with gratitude?
- Have you tried just being grateful for what you have?
I’ve heard these questions so many times they are just noise. Make a shift.
We allot one day a year as a celebration of appreciation. Take a moment this week to truly appreciate what we all share.
Thankful for freedom. Politics aside you are free to create your own life every day. Free to love. Free to learn. Free to grow. Free to give back. Free to dream. Are you taking advantage of your freedom to dream bigger and be extraordinary?
Thankful for health. Even if it’s not perfect, you have eyes to read this and a mind to comprehend. Are you able to exercise, walk, sit-up, eat, drink, sleep in a bed? Be ecstatic.
Thankful for imagination. No matter where you feel you lack, you have the capability of receiving this communication on one device or another. This device was only a dream 50 years ago. What are the inventors of today creating that was only once a dream? Love innovation.
Thankful for companionship. Whether your tribe consists of family, friends, co-workers, acquaintances, strangers, or pets… embrace them. You will live a longer and healthier life with close relationships. Did you make or return the call, text, invite? Do it with grace.
When you consciously live in appreciation you honor all of your gifts, large or small. See the miracles in your life and more will appear.
Give yourself a great gift this week… let go of feelings of scarcity and move into the grace of Thanksgiving. Your happiness will be a gift to everyone you encounter.
I am grateful for you. Thank you for being a part of my tribe. Happy Thanksgiving.
